Benjamin Mwandaa the Diaspora University Trust Vice Chairman is touring Nairobi to invite Kenyans to join Diaspora University Town and create jobs. His goal is to talk to as many people as possible in Kenya's capital city, as DUT seeks about 1,600 Kenyans from the 1 million government employees and millions in the private sector.
INVITATION MESSAGE
Diaspora University Town (DUT) is an ongoing project by Diaspora Kenyans, Ndara B Community, and Partners in Taita Taveta County. The project is on track to develop the first new planned town post-Kenya independence.
One development plan in the DUT project involves 3,500 townhouses and offers the opportunity to secure finance from the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC) of about Ksh 7 million per house, totaling about Ksh 25 Billion.
We are currently inviting government employees and individuals to partner with us to bring this money to Taita Taveta by developing one or more townhouses using the DUT-THIDA.
As Ksh 25 billion and other money flows to Taita Taveta County by 2030, the following will be achieved: 20,000 new jobs created in Taita Taveta; A university with 1,000 jobs and 5,000 students; a Level 5/6 University Medical Hospital with 1,500 jobs created; and over 100 new industries in Taita Taveta (Medicine & Vaccine Plant, Building Materials Manufacturing & Others.) Most of the industries will be achieved on the Sagalla/Ndara lands.

The DUT project is about their future. As we grow older every day, we all need a good hospital. DUT is for all of us to achieve and have a Level 5/6 hospital for ourselves.

JOINING DUT ILLUSTRATION
A Government Employee can use DUT system and available banking product. One can start developing a DUT Townhouse with Ksh 11,632 a month. This illustration shows how one will make a million after the completion and sale of a DUT townhouse taking up one of the 15,000 DUT jobs created.
For every Kenyan family to achieve good housing over 7 million units of housing are needed in the next 10 years or by 2035. The DUT system and the developers will achieve about 500,000 units. For example a developer who sells their unit and achieves Ksh 1.3 million will have opportunity to build more units and grow their wealth using the DUT System.
