Ndara B Community members, Benjamni Mwandaa, Lucy Malemba, Hamisi Kalela, Ronald Mwangombe and others are working to bring Ksh 25 billion from the Kenya Mortgage Refinance Company (KMRC) to their community and Voi. The money will progressively come to Voi as it finances 3,500 townhouses at the Diaspora University Town (DUT) project. Ndara B Community founded the DUT project whose development constitutes a town with a non-profit university and a level 5/6 university hospital.

Retired police officer, Mwandaa who embraced the project when he was Chairman of Ndara B Community is happy that their ancestral community is leading the way to develop Voi. As he invites other Voi residents, he is informing them of the 20,000 jobs the project will create. About 5,000 Ndara B Community members will benefit from the 20,000 jobs. He can't wait to see about Ksh 2 billion of the Ksh 25 billion progressively paid to Ndara B members as they produce materials, work in construction and fill other jobs. He is asking Voi residents to play a part in creating the jobs for their children.
Ronald who is spearheading materials supply, asks those with businesses in Voi to see the Ksh 25 billion as an opportunity to grow their business revenue. Based on a budget of about Ksh 10 billion those who partner can grow their business revenue. He estimates that some companies will see their sales revenue grow by as much as Ksh 50 million as the 3,500 townhouses are finished using the Ksh 25 billion from KMRC.
The Voi business owner who wants to grow their business revenue will join DUT by investing to become a DUT Townhouse developer using the DUT system. They will then sign an MSME agreement to supply products or services from the budgets below, which will be part of the Ksh 25 billion.

Lucy on her part says the reason she wants Voi residents to participate is because of the achievement of the Diaspora University Level 5 hospital. The Diaspora University Trust the developer of the hospital has already established the plan that will lead to buildings of about 50,000 square meters erected at the Diaspora University land. Based on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) established of Ksh 20 billion about 20% will go to the hospital budget that is projected to grow to a yearly non-profit budget of Ksh 4 billion. This budget will meet the level 5/6 hospital yearly budget.

With 1,500 jobs expected to be created by the hospital Voi residents who join DUT through the townhouse development plan will also be playing a role in achieving a hospital that can meet their medical needs and medical needs of their loved ones.

For every Kenyan family to achieve good housing over 20 million formal jobs need to be created and 7 million housing units developed in the next 10 years (by 2035), as Kenya's population grows to 65 million. The DUT system and its developers will create as many jobs as possible and develop as many houses as possible. For example a developer who sells a DUT townhouse unit and achieves Ksh 1.3 million will have the opportunity to build more housing units and grow their wealth using the DUT job creation and housing development system.
